Our Spectrometer

 

Our home-built spectrometer was designed and constructed to support DNP and EPR measurements under the same conditions, thereby allowing us to collect the relevant information about the electron spin dynamics required to understand and optimize DNP experiments.

Magnet
 

  • Cryogen-free superconductor magnet + sweep coil for field sweeps

  • The main field can be changed from 0 to 14 T

  • From Cryogenic Limited


Probe
 

  • Designed by Bridge 12

  • Changeable heads for CW-EPR and DNP

  • Can work from RT to 8 K

  • The sample is mounted on a rod, separate from the probe. This allows sample exchange without probe removal, resulting in a high spectrometer throughput.
